This gourmet knows her stuff! We had Mary Ellen cater our company holiday party and every dish was awesome. We had meatballs with chipotle dipping sauce, deviled eggs like you’ve never had before, chicken sate with cilantro sauce (incredible!), crostini with tapenade, and she even baked us cookies… some of the best cookies we’ve ever had. When she says that she is Cordon Bleu trained I think she should say that she trained them! I highly recommend Mary Ellen Rae for your party. And I also hear she does cooking classes.
