Personal Touch Gourmet will design a fabulous menu for any occasion for a small or large group. If you love to entertain and prefer to spend time with your guests instead of in the kitchen, Chef Mary Ellen will create, prepare, and serve a delicious menu to suite your tastes.
Cooking Classes
Our “Winter Into Spring” Group Classes are Running Now! We love to teach our clients how to prepare delicious and healthy meals using seasonal ingredients. If you prefer to learn in the privacy of your own home, we can schedule a private class for you and a group.
Recipe Creation & Testing
Chef Mary Ellen fine-tuned her recipe testing experience as “Recipe Tester” at the Los Angeles Times Food Section, preparing, testing and editing recipes for publication. Over the years she has created hundreds of her own unique recipes and she’s happy to share them with you!

Personal Touch Gourmet is happy to teach private cooking classes and to cater parties and events all over Los Angeles county — from Santa Monica, Venice, Playa del Rey, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Torrance to Long Beach and Northern Orange County.
